At Fenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@fenya.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include your return authorization number.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package using the provided return label or your preferred shipping method (see shipping costs below).

Return Shipping Costs

UK Returns: We provide a free return shipping label for all UK domestic returns.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at returns@fenya.com with your order number
  2. Specify the size/colour you'd like to exchange for
  3. Follow the return process above
  4. We'll ship your replacement item once we receive and approve your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@fenya.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
