At Fenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Items without original tags attached
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@fenya.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include your return authorization number.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package using the provided return label or your preferred shipping method (see shipping costs below).
Return Shipping Costs
UK Returns: We provide a free return shipping label for all UK domestic returns.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at returns@fenya.com with your order number
- Specify the size/colour you'd like to exchange for
- Follow the return process above
- We'll ship your replacement item once we receive and approve your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@fenya.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
